Utilizing the CF Connect chat
The CF Connect icon is located on the bottom right corner of every page so that no matter what page you are on axis3, you can get the support you need. You can also access chat support by selecting "I Need Help!"
Selecting the chat icon or I need help button will prompt a pop-up box in the lower right of your screen. Type your message in the text box. Select the airplane icon in the lower right to send your message and someone on the Creatively Focused team will message you back.
