How do I create a Cohort?

The process for creating a Cohort in axis3.

First: Contact your axis3 Customer Success Consultant to create the Cohort. 

NOTE: Your Customer Success Consultant and Creatively Focused Team are the only ones who have access to creating a Cohort in your account. We set it up for you!

Next: Identify who will be facilitating the Cohort and who should be participating in the Cohort.

NOTE: Facilitators are able to send direct messages to participants in Facilitator Messaging. All Facilitators will be able to view the messages in this section. 

Lastly: Determine the date that the Cohort should be activated and end.
