      What do the colors on my schedule indicate?

      Interpreting the heat map on your schedule

      Whether viewing your schedule on your Home dashboard, your Schedule page, or your Reporting page in year view, you will be able to see a heat map letting you know when you have several events or tasks for one day. 

      • Green= 1 Event/Task
      • Goldenrod = 2 Events/Tasks
      • Orange = 3 Events/Tasks
      • Red = 4 or More Events/Tasks

      TIP: If you have orange and red days on your schedule, consider if any of the events/tasks can be moved up or rearranged to make your workload more manageable.
