What do the colors on the Schedule Summary Report Card indicate?

Interpreting scheduling heat map in reports

The year view on the Schedule Summary Report Card provides a heat map for the accounts, locations, and users selected, where the colors represent the number of events and tasks for any given day. The following is a key for interpreting the colors when viewing the report for an individual: 

  • Green= 1 Event/Task
  • Goldenrod = 2 Events/Tasks
  • Orange = 3 Events/Tasks
  • Red = 4 or More Events/Tasks
Report adjusts display based on number of users currently being viewed.
